The Journeyman basically works like a convection oven by forcing the wood-fired heat to circulate evenly throughout the grill. Which means no hot spots to burn your food or cold spots to leave it raw. So you can spend more time with the people you’re cooking for while your Journeyman Pellet Grill and Smoker does the work.

The hopper holds up to 20 pounds of hardwood pellets, while the XXX-LARGE 2460 square inches of cooking surface provides more than enough room to grill up all your favorite smokehouse foods and experiment with new recipes.

If you’re trying out a brisket (you got this) smoke it at a lower temperature for a longer period of time. But if you’re grillin’ up some chicken, you may want to increase the temperature a bit and get a nice char on it. With a temperature range from 180°F – 450°F you can grill, smoke and BBQ anything, anyway you want on your Journeyman.
