If your grill is set to 350°F, it will take about 10 to 15 minutes for the chicken to reach a safe internal temperature of 180°F.
Before leaving for the campsite, in a large bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, and garlic. Add the chicken and mix well. When the chicken is covered completely, allow it to marinate for 2-12 hours in the refrigerator. Be sure to soak your skewers before throwing them on the grill.
