How Long to Grill Chicken Kabobs

If your grill is set to 350°F, it will take about 10 to 15 minutes for the chicken to reach a safe internal temperature of 180°F.

Chicken Kabobs Marinade

Before leaving for the campsite, in a large bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, and garlic. Add the chicken and mix well. When the chicken is covered completely, allow it to marinate for 2-12 hours in the refrigerator. Be sure to soak your skewers before throwing them on the grill.

Cooking Instructions

  1. Once the chicken has finished marinating and the skewers are finished soaking, drain the water from the skewers and remove the chicken from the marinade.
  2. Start up your Country Smoker. Set the temperature to 350°F.
  3. Thread a piece of chicken, followed by a piece of pepper, pineapple, and onion. Repeat until the skewers are full.
  4. Grill the kabobs for 5 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for 5 more minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 180°F. Remove from the grill and serve.
