
Smoked Spicy Garlic Pork Burger

Ingredients
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 Lb. Ground Pork
- 1 Habanero Pepper, Diced
- ½ Cup Sweet Yellow Onion, Diced
- 4 Garlic Cloves, Minced
- 2 Tbsp Breadcrumbs
- ¼ Tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 Tsp Paprika
- 1 Tsp Lemon Pepper
- ½ Tsp Cumin
- ½ Tsp Dried Basil
- Mixing bowl

Directions
Turn your Country Smokers to “smoke” and let the fire pot catch with the lid open. Once the pot has caught, turn the grill up to 275°F and close the lid.
In a mixing bowl add all ingredients and mix until the consistency is less sticky and malleable.
Separate the mixture into 4 even piles and then, using a burger press, create the patties.
Line a plate with wax or parchment paper and place the patties on it as you go.
Place the patties on your grill and smoke for 20 minutes.
Flip the patties and crank up the temperature to 400°F. Cook for about 4 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Remove from the grill, let rest for a couple minutes, and then add your favorite toppings!
